Job Summary:
NAV Software Solutions is hiring a Helpdesk Support/Training Coordinator to assist in FMS user support and training. This role involves troubleshooting user issues and conducting training sessions to ensure staff proficiency in ARCHIBUS software.
Responsibilities:
Provide real-time technical support for FDA employees using the FMS.
Conduct training sessions and workshops on ARCHIBUS modules.
Maintain a knowledge base of system functionalities and troubleshooting steps.
Develop user guides, FAQs, and documentation for end users.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
3+ years of experience in helpdesk support and training.
Experience with ARCHIBUS and enterprise systems.
Strong communication and instructional skills.
