Job Summary:
NAV Software Solutions is seeking an FMS Systems Administrator/Data Manager to support the FDA’s Facility Management System (FMS) operations. The ideal candidate will oversee ARCHIBUS software administration, maintain facility data integrity, and ensure compliance with federal reporting standards.
Responsibilities:
Administer and manage the ARCHIBUS FMS, including system upgrades and module implementations.
Provide technical support and training to end users.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with Federal Real Property Council (FRPC) requirements.
Perform reporting, data analysis, and system troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and SOPs.
Assist with software installations, user account management, and security settings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in FMS systems administration.
Proficiency in ARCHIBUS, AutoCAD, and data integration systems.
Experience working with federal agencies and real property asset management.
Strong knowledge of FDA and HHS security policies.
Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.
